Decent at First - Terrible at the end. Management change the entire comp structure and processes. The company is great but very very outdated. They seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Old tech, hard to sell compared to competitors. Not willing to innovate nor invest in marketing

To many random changes in the organization creates uncertainty. Culture heavily favors performance with limited to no support or training.
