Good company but the micromanagement was extremely unreasonable. You were typically on your own 90% of the time in the field and they required you to record all your calls in meetings and submit for everyone in company to hear.

Decent if it’s your first sales job, if not I would pass. A lot of canvassing and trying to hunt down small business owners. Barley any SDR leads. Pay is low for the work you do.

I would avoid working here if you enjoy sales. Horrible product market fit within the New England territory eventually lead to the company disbanding the entire NE team. I was able to achieve doubling my quota only one month out of pure luck and straight grinding. They expect you to prospect 25 businesses a day in person.
