The sales leadership excellent and the clients are wonderful. However senior leadership across the company are currently destroying the organization. Salespersons have had commissions stolen from them and people are being terminated constantly.

Clover inside sales - most reps make 100 to 150K, very low base salary, all commission. Most sales reps stay in their position for 10+ years. Overall great culture and comp plan, but little to no career advancement internally.
