Company steals commissions by changing goals after quotas are hit, claws back commission saying "that" product didn't count, even though it's spelled out in black and white on commission plan.

Overall a good company. Sometimes internal processes are a bit difficult due to it being a large corporation. I did feel supported by management and felt competitive in the market. I do think training and education could be improved a bit.
