Fastenal is a good companies to jump into to learn sales and business. Not a whole of room for growth and promotions. I wish they offered more leadership and sales training. The culture varies since all branches are different. Not a whole lot of support on the sales side.

I loved my experience at fatsenal it was my first job outside of college however it is pays the lowest in the industry
