Headquarters is in europe and doesn’t fully understand our needs. Hiring way too many salespeople than necessary and they wonder why no one is hitting quota.
Spending way too much money on marketing, there isnt even a marketing person in the US.
The only positive I see is that there is room for growth in this position as long as you are willing to tough out these growing pains and risk the company running out of funding or pulling the plug on the US market.
We dont get sales engagement tools or any data enrichment tools, sales ops is not in the office with us and are a bunch of morons.
