Very sophisticated solution. The platform is very promising but market demand is soft and company recently pivoted strategy to focus on OMS. Could be a great role for someone with a rolodex of enterprise retail orgs looking for new OMSs but tough for everyone else.

90% of the sales team was laid off after a large hiring push to build it out. Product is buggy, and oms is a difficult sell to retailers.

Unstable sales leadership and GTM strategies, along with immature product, makes it very hard to sell.
