Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Was a great place to work for but has been sold to PE group. Now quotas have been dramatically increased and constant meetings with PE owners to check on deal statuses for earnings reports and hitting new higher targets. Benefits have been slashed to the bones. Replaced senior more experienced sales people with lower salaried people who do not even know the industry. This is a great product and does have a good market fit, but its also niche.. as result you cant just add a zero to your target and expect it to work. The company will continue to thrive as it moves into processing payments and other avenues. But the PE group that now owns majority of it has made it a more stress filled environment with everyone willing to cut throats just to ensure their own survival.
