Pros - Day 1 cold calling - Voice is heard as its a small team - Leadership is very personable - You'll be on different campaigns, unique experience - High volume cold calling experience - CRM and auto-dialer experience - Transparent monthly calls - Always changing and adapting to market needs and tries to use new tech in the market to make SDRs jobs easier Cons - Campaigns aren't created equal - Seniority matters here, people that have been here longer and treated better - Limited L&D towards your career - Limited upward mobility due to business structure (outsourced sales org) - Scripts and templated emails - Comp plans is due to change
