My overall experience was not positive. It felt to me that FORT is primarily driven by their board and investors but in an extreme way and to the detriment of their employees first and foremost but also to their end customers. Happy to leave. Even for a startup, multi-year delays in launching products. Unrealistic expectations from CEO on deals that put customers in difficult situations where they would search for alternatives. The only advantage is a unique product.
