My overall experience at this FMX is extremely positive. Leadership truly cares about all employees, personally and professionally. Internal promotions are frequent. Majority of people don't want to leave this company, even if they decide to make a lateral move to a different department. Teammates are friendly. This is an incredible company.

This company is growing quickly but not at the expense of their teammates. The people here are truly amazing and some of my closest friends. It takes a long time for leadership to make changes & sometimes that hinders my performance and experience.
