My experience working at eXp has been awesome. There not necessarily salary as an agent however, the commission structure is transparent and you’re highly incentivized to produce and recruit.

Awesome model. I was an experienced agent when I joined so I capped out within the first 3-6 months which meant I was on a 100% split the rest of the year. If your'e a new agent I recommend joining a team so you can learn the real estate industry.
