Place was great until 23 when they announced insane goals/comp plans and eliminated half the leadership and sales team through the year. CEO now micromanages the sales team, his managers cowers in fear to him, morale is low, great who weren't laid off are also leaving despite significant financial opportunity

My overall experience is positive in terms of career growth but management is harsh. They set unreal expectations and do not provide proper training.
