There was a large shakeup in the business development team, and a lack of emphasis on hiring here once the last cohort was hired in. The latest cohort had a much different onboarding experience and lead generation and inbound flow, and show rates have taken a dive.

Great company with an exciting acquisition! We were recently acquired by SAI360. The changes they we’ve seen so far have been mostly personnel. There is not a lot of information out there right now.

Expectations constantly change. Basic KPIs are micromanaged (calls, emails, etc). Compensation is below market average for a role like this and compared to competitors. Quota attainment is difficult with little support to be successful.
