Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience prior to mid 2023 was one of open communication, trust and transparency between C Suit executives, mid level managers, and individual contributors. Since the addition of “line must go up no matter what” guys, culture has never been worse. We went from 180 sales reps to roughly 75 in about a year due to the new outside guys setting quotas higher than they’ve ever been while also implementing PIP’s. I had never heard of anyone going on a PIP in this company in its 13-14 years, but this last year it’s become inevitable for everyone.
To make things worse, the new executive guys decided to change the compensation plan not once, but twice in their first few months. Expectations are now higher and pay is lower. If I hit the goals last year that they expect of me this year, each month I’d be making at least $20k/year more. When these things are brought up to managers, they say “I wasn’t in the room when that decision was made, but I’ll bubble up your concern”. Not once has a manager advocated for me to their superior, which puts me in the position of having uncomfortable conversations. Browse Other Reviews
