Founders are young, and have no experience scaling a SaaS organization. The C-suite brought on board had little to no impact to the business, and masks leadership issues with multiple layoffs within a year.

Overall I do not recommend this organization. Leadership is more focused on blaming others for the failures they cause rather than learning from their mistakes.

My overall experience working at Evisort was negative. The company doesn't care about their employees. The CEO of the company said in an all-hands meeting that they were profiting and wouldn't have to have any lay offs in the coming future... less than a month later they let go of some of the top performing employees/ only people bringing revenue to the organization....Read More
