Comp structure for leadership is flawed and high growth goals lead to feelings of disillusionment over time.

Toxic company. Bad sales leaders. Extremely poor territories with extremely high quotas and overaggressive growth aspirations. Lots of micromanagement from the UK sales leader. No reps have hit quota in the past two years so the company is in bad shape and cutting costs (reps).
