Current Employee Some growing pains as a startup. Great leaders in place, that are proactively making changes and pushing transparency. Not a super tight ship for now, but things are being actively addressed.
Very high focus on call metrics for SDRs. Attainment is based solely on meetings booked regardless of size. Priorities can feel murky because of mixed messaging from different managerial levels, but it seems like they're gradually getting on the same page. Browse Other Reviews
