My overall experience was not great. There was some time spent onboarding and training but they really just throw you out there and you figure it out as you go. Constant turn over of reps, hard to build relationships when people only last a few months.

I wouldn't recommend Ernest unless you're looking for a sales university your first job out of college. It's very cut throat and it's hard to make money. Only 4% of reps make it more than a year
