Organization is toxic. CRO got fired in Feb (thankfully), however, the business doesn't value it's employees therefore unable to drive success for anyone.

Poor leadership and unrealistic expectations from AEs, role was 100 outbound with so much emphasis on salesloft bulk spamming.
