Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Company claims they’re in a ‘start up mentality’ which means decisions are made quickly. However, I think this somewhat an excuse for the fact that they don’t really have a strategy to win the UK and make huge but questionable decisions extremely regularly.
Decisions are being made by UK SLT who have no product awareness and being driven by AUS ELT who seem to have limited awareness of the desires of the UK market.
For example, EH recently done a complete U-turn on their mid-market ICP and asked AEs to close-lost deals they’ve been working on for 6+ months because they don’t fit the new ICP (due to existing customer churn) which doesn’t seem like a pivot, it’s a full on U-turn which has wasted months of hard work
EH’s new generation of products have a poor PMF in UK and they’ve sunsetted their old solution line which had a strong PMF (this was done after a short beta [a few weeks] with new prospects, no real testing was done by existing customers, the AEs involved in the beta were made to feel like they couldn’t give negative feedback)
