Since December, there is has been almost completely new C-suite. Unrealistic targets. Complicated comp plan. Non existent marketing. Unorganized execution across the Org. Decent pay. Decent benefits. Great PTO policy. Co-workers are nice!

4 years here, I only hit my target once and I can say i'm the only one to do it in the team out of 5 reps for our region. In other regions, same observation

Used to be flexible and fun but no that private equity is involved, the culture has been destroyed. Everyone legacy / new are on very similar comp plans that limits high payouts and incentives.
