My overall experience was (1) a great culture with solid camaraderie (2) low base comp but livable (3) nice company vehicle (4) good profit sharing for large company (5) clueless leadership (6) RIF is by tenure, not performance (7) promotability primarily based on DEI (8) don't rock-the-boat management style (9) "not your fault but I will blame you" is common thing, and (10) you can coast and still get same raise as top performers.
