Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Too many non quota and non accountable people responsible for delivering product and servicing clients. Sales people become the target when things go sideways with deals. Sales is always covering up for product delays, product issues and slow company response. Too many people spending too much time in book club meetings, LGBGT event meetings, diversity meetings, parades, BBQ’s and other corporate activities instead of being on the front line with salespeople and prospects trying to deliver real revenue. No one is against the above but it has superseded aligning resources to close deals. Browse Other Reviews
