They are a company who wants to join the SaaS and AI wave but are too stuck in their old ways to get there. Too many people who have been there too long who don’t actually know how other business make things happen and more importantly aren’t willing to listen, adapt, or change.

No clarity in vision, unsatisfied customers, poor management, unfair quotas against territory, no training, bad sales management that favors only a few people - no resources to hit your number, door-to-door sales person style sales method with high pressure and no reward. Stay away - many great companies to work for.
