Multiple product bag - solid PMF, poor leadership/coordination amongst teams makes it hard to get deals done and poor support causes extra gymnastics by sales to save customer relationships and get references. Comp plans / territory alignments need work to be able to earn more, identity crisis makes it hard to focus on true moneymaking solutions
