Former Employee I was lied to during the interview process about the opportunity at Electric. Once I joined and had a few weeks under my belt, I quickly learned how we barely retain 50% of our customers, inbound leads were non existent, and AEs were responsible for generating 80%+ of their pipeline.
I was hesitant to write a negative review and I put it off for a while but if I can save someone else from another bad experience, I'll sleep better at night.
