My overall experience at Egencia was average. When I started, I had planned on being there as long as possible. The money was great, leads were flowing in, culture was great and leadership were extremely collaborative. When AmexGBT acquired Egencia, all of that changed. Eventually I couldn’t wait to leave.

All things considered Egencia is a great place to work. But, the acquisition AmexGBT has introduced A LOT of changes. Most of which impede the ability to sell (higher pricing, adding unnecessary complexity to the sales cycle, the need to justify and sell your new client to internal teams, etc.).
