The LSM and HOS who currently run the sales team I was part of are toxic and incompetent for the job. 100% micromanaging, politics, optics, and the "cool aid" runs extremely deep. They intentionally don't want you to learn to keep control and are specially awful to women. They also have a spray and pray attitude towards sales and are very cut throat. Look for something else.

Terrible management. Full blown micromanaging, politics, unrealistic expectations, improvised, constant firings and layoffs. Product is going extint.
