Terrible management. Full blown micromanaging, politics, unrealistic expectations, improvised, constant firings and layoffs. Product is going extint.

The LSM and HOS who currently run the sales team I was part of are toxic and incompetent for the job. 100% micromanaging, politics, optics, and the "cool aid" runs extremely deep.
