Customer success in Utah was awful but kept their jobs and don't get held accountable because of their relationships with former executives who got fire from the company years ago. I don't know why the CEO continues to keep these people on. The company likes to fire sales reps right before they're about to get paid a big commission...Read More

Current Employee2.6Oct 8, 2024Good people but things are changing rapidly. Lead flow is a big issue and not many reps are hitting quota, yet they are still hiring for more AE's. SDR's only really set inbound meetings, not a lot of reps are seeing success with outbound campaigns.
