The organization went through a merger and private equity infusion in 2019/2020 - the decisions were made by investors and leaders that sit half way across the world and it shows. Rampant overhiring, failed new product experiments, unrealistic growth and quota expectations, and a series of serious failures in hiring key leadership roles took a once thriving company to place I fear it cannot return from.
The work life balance culture is A-MA-ZING, in part because there is little work to be done these days. Sellers are lucky to receive a good lead a week, and this product is sold almost entirely inbound.
For those looking for a steady pay check that is not invasive into their life, I could not recommend a better company than this one. For those looking to seriously grow their career, learn new skills, and hit their goals, stay very far away.
