Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My time at EIMS was a valuable learning experience filled with opportunities for growth and relationship building. Despite starting with little knowledge, the training and support provided enabled me to make the most of the opportunity. However, amidst the positives, there were notable challenges. Witnessing entire teams dissolve and a shift to South Africa-based reps solely for cost reasons was disheartening. Moreover, the expectation of a 40-hour workweek often extended to a demanding 60-hour workload, with unfinished tasks spilling into after-hours. Ethical concerns, including reductions in severance and withheld earnings, marred my overall perception of the company. I cannot recommend it to prospective employees. It became evident that prioritizing profits over people led to a decline in quality, resulting in loss of clients and revenue. Businesses thrive when they prioritize their employees, fostering growth and success. Unfortunately, this ethos seemed lacking at EIMS. Browse Other Reviews
