Incentives are the way to make money. Strictly outbound sales- handful of inbounds a month. A lot of competition in the market- have to compete on services/ value and not budget- hight ticket sales for SMB. Very clear and attainable promotion process. Can go from BDR to Director in 12 months.

Ver poor over all experience. Leadership was toxic and not helpful nor qualified. CEO is horrible. Unprofessional work environment, untruthful throughout the hiring process.
