Former Employee CEO is clearly brilliant when it comes to product development, but completely incompetent when it comes to running the business side of things. Company's expenses are 10x the revenue. Company is notorious for not paying landlords, health insurance company, contractors, and employees in a timely fashion, if at all. There are some talented people working here who could turn things in the right direction if given the opportunity to do so. CEO has burnt through millions of investor dollars with hardly anything to show besides the illusion that the company is doing better than it actually is. CRM system is a mess. Quotas are very attainable if lead info is cleaned up. Base pay is great if you're okay with being paid multiple days late with no communication, or not being paid at all. Commissions also not paid in a timely fashion, if at all. Overall, a lot of false promises given. If the CEO took a step back and let someone else lead, the company would likely be in a much better place.
