Good products, but your sales target numbers increase arbitrarily until you can't make overage, and you have to struggle to hit your number. Base compensation never changes unless you take a new title, which has a worse compensation package than being an RSM. They rarely let people go for poor sales performance, so overcoming mediocrity is common.

Top product in the market, with a legacy brand name. Product quality is their biggest focus, not growth. If you're looking to have all the freedom and represent a great brand this is a great job. Things they dont do well is training or support. You pretty much running your own business for 100-150K a year.
