A positive experience varies so, so much from team to team. If you're interviewing, make sure you're not only connecting with AEs that are killing it. Most teams have 7-10 people on it, and only 25-30% are crushing it.

The entire sales org is a mess. The new leadership that was brought in is completely out of touch (ridiculous quotas, deflating most add-on deals, etc) and have created a toxic culture that has lead to countless good reps jumping ship. Hoping new fiscal year brings major changes. Otherwise, I’m out the door too.

Unfocused product dev. Encouraged to use bullying tactics to "upgrade" existing customers. Lack of pragmatism for outreach methods. While I was there they cut company days off, and had two rounds of terribly managed lay-offs. C-suite was in absolute turmoil amidst post-pandemic stock drops.
