Innovative product, but no marketing support and no real sales operations. Using only remote, India based, implementation team lead to unhappy customers, which lead to disgruntled salesforce.

My overall experience was mid at best. Loved the people I worked with, C-level leaders - Did not help provide us with the necessary support we needed to succeed in APAC.
