High growth potential at the time. Did a lot of exciting things to launch markets but the management team and leadership became disconnected after a while. Didn't care about their people unless they were in the corporate office.

Overall my experience at Dispatch was an incredibly formative time in my career. It's a company that oozes potential and growth opportunity, if only they could harness what they have. Unfortunately to date, they've not done that. Still a strong future for the company, but as a salesperson it lacks
