3 years ago, there were constant changes to the commission structure, none which were favorable to the salesforce. Seems like they were trying to minimize earnings in order to decrease the average rep age (willing to work 24/7 for less).

Executive leadership is atrocious. Compensation can be good, but the changes every six months make it difficult to have consistent achievements. Pay is often incorrect or convoluted. Products are good and there are pockets of great leadership and experience but you have to look for them.

Strong company with good products. Great Benefit options and paths to making good money. Provide very good opportunities for Education and Training.
