Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It has been a great learning experience to have my role. It’s tailored to an individual that is new to medical device and is single with no kids. My role has put me in hotel room over 90 nights a year. Our products are top notch and synonymous with orthopedic trauma, however leadership is phasing out the “Synthes” brand and bringing in JNJ Medtech. In my role specifically you have no control over your earning potential, and for that reason it’s hard to remain motivated to sale.
