Good company with solid products in the market. It is a hard job and some of the devices become commoditized. Finding a territory that has a competitive stronghold vs 'growth opp' can lead to vastly different experiences.

Great company with a strong name. Every territory / position will have a much different experience. Expect to spend equal or more time in SPD/materials/dealing with logistics than in the actual OR. Great opportunity to get solid OR selling and consulting experience.
