Leadership is inconsistent and ruining what was incredible. They are all around 2 years tenure. Totally unaware of the skill set needed for certain sales positions including the tech team.

My overall experience at this company has been fine. The marketing tools and sales aids that they supply their reps with are great. Most of the reps are friendly and welcoming. The company is still rather political and corporate once you get higher up however.
