Great company. I work in the dental implants division. Base pay and commission should be higher for what I bring in for the company. However for new territories the pay would be fair

It was good until salespeople were essentially blamed for the poor actions of leadership and given quotas of 20+% growth. We were told we “have everything we need” by the new VP who’s not even from the industry after being given chili in a frito’s bag at NSM, and virtually having nothing we need but things that keep leadership a job versus doing anything meaningful....Read More
