Good. They were a large company with Security and benefits. Slow to make change and not agile in the market. Good leadership & development opportunities

Used to be better and hopefully it gets better in the near future. Current compensation plan is complicated and does not incentivize a sales rep to sell as much as possible. Also, commission percentage is different for each rep based on territory size/budget
