Used to be better and hopefully it gets better in the near future. Current compensation plan is complicated and does not incentivize a sales rep to sell as much as possible. Also, commission percentage is different for each rep based on territory size/budget

Leadership is inconsistent and ruining what was incredible. They are all around 2 years tenure. Totally unaware of the skill set needed for certain sales positions including the tech team.

It’s been pretty good so far, but the company needs to bring in new ideas with new ways to bring energy behind our products.
