Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It was good until salespeople were essentially blamed for the poor actions of leadership and given quotas of 20+% growth. We were told we “have everything we need” by the new VP who’s not even from the industry after being given chili in a frito’s bag at NSM, and virtually having nothing we need but things that keep leadership a job versus doing anything meaningful. It’s absolutely miserable here at the moment. The culture, the vibe, etc. are all in absolute shambles. This company cares more about salesforce than it does about actual sales. It’s a look like you’re doing something company, not an actual doing something company. I’m not sure who’s forcing this, but whoever is, is destroying the company and its reputation.
