Former Employee My overall experience was abysmal. There’s plenty of great people within the organization, but many are leaving or burnt out. Deepseas cannot get out of their own way and there’s a lack of direction from the executive team. You will lack the tools needed to be successful and the org operates as a startup, although it is not. Benefits are atrocious. Lead flow is terrible. There’s very little to no brand recognition and you will lose deals to Artic Wolf, Red Canary, Crowdstrike, & Rapid7 more times than none. The RFP process is a nightmare. Lastly, the commission structure is terrible.
