Back to ReviewsFormer Employee my overall experience with this company was about a 3 out of 10 I started out as a bdr and then "promoted up" to territory manager but there was no increase in base pay and job role stayed consistently the same except for conducting my own demos. There was many occasions where I would be following up with a lead that wanted to sign on with us and when it came to the date that they where out of contract with current company the lead would magically be in a different reps name and closing with them brought this up to management several times and they just avoided talking about it. There are people working there that have been there for years and they seem to get all the inbound leads as a newer rep you can expect to get deals stolen from you and zero accountability from management. They give you a batch of about 300 leads that you will call over and over, all of those people had been called hundreds of times over the years by us so if you can imagine job gets really repetitive really fast.
