Incompetent middle managers that succeeded as reps by having the good fortune of getting in early via connections and being in a channel-only company with strong books. Very few had any significant sales experience or any semblance of an impressive educational background to warrant the position. Just right place, right time. Which caught up with the company and undoubtedly led to the SW acquisition. Can't speak to that environment first-hand, but I haven't heard anything good. Browse Other Reviews
